At Velvet Oud, we’re committed to getting your fragrances to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please review the details below for shipping destinations, processing times, delivery estimates, and related fees.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. To confirm availability, please review the shipping options at checkout or contact us at wecare@velvetoud.com.
Processing Times
Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 12 PM (CST) on Friday or during weekends will be processed the next business day.
Order confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, or customs processing for international shipments.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $100
Orders over $100 (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. No promo code is needed—this will be automatically applied at checkout.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. For international orders, additional customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery or arrival date at wecare@velvetoud.com. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and help make it right.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at wecare@velvetoud.com. We’ll do our best to help, but changes are only possible if the order has not yet shipped.
